# ARCIRCUIT Mainnet Terms

Version: ARCIRCUIT-MAINNET-2026-09-16-V1
Effective: 2026-09-16

## 1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using ranked play, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and at least the legal age of majority where you live, control the wallet you use, are not subject to applicable sanctions or other restrictions, and may lawfully participate from your location. Do not use a VPN, proxy, location spoofing, another person or multiple wallets to evade a restriction or fair-play control.

## 2. Skill game and entry

ARCIRCUIT is a skill-based timing game. Free practice does not require a wallet and cannot receive a ranked reward. Each successful 1 USDC ranked entry unlocks one continuous run for the active on-chain round. A run continues across levels and ends on the first invalid collision. Payment does not improve scoring, difficulty or odds.

USDC entry transfers use Arc's canonical six-decimal ERC-20 interface. Arc transaction fees are separate and are not part of the round value. You review and sign each wallet transaction and remain responsible for wallet, device and key security. ARCIRCUIT never requests or stores a private key.

## 3. Score verification and leaderboard

The ranked service binds each paid entry to a unique attempt identifier and challenge. The completed result is wallet-signed and includes a commitment to the ordered input trace. The verifier deterministically replays the trace under published game rules. Reused attempts, mismatched scores, impossible timing, incomplete traces, automation, collusion and manipulation may be rejected. The best accepted score per wallet ranks, and ties favor the result verified first.

## 4. Round value and settlement

Each round has on-chain opening and closing timestamps. The complete round value consists of player entries, sponsor funds committed to that round before the first entry, and inherited rollover assigned to that round.

After the round and score-submission window end, one to three distinct verified winners may be settled on-chain:

- Three winners: 40% to first, 24% to second and 16% to third.
- Two winners: 50% to first and 30% to second.
- One winner: 80% to that winner.
- In every valid settlement, 10% becomes protected rollover for the next created round and 10% becomes claimable by the configured project treasury.

Rewards are not guaranteed. Entry USDC can be lost. Winners and the treasury claim their allocations from their own authorized wallets. Network fees, wallet availability and transaction confirmation are outside ARCIRCUIT's control.

## 5. Sponsor funds

Owner-funded sponsor deposits remain separately accounted. Only uncommitted sponsor funds may be withdrawn by the owner. Once committed to a round, sponsor funds follow that round's settlement or cancellation rules. Player entries, prizes, refunds and rollover are separate contract liabilities and are not owner-withdrawable.

## 6. Cancellation and refunds

The owner may cancel an open round. Cancellation makes each paid entry for that round an on-chain refund liability claimable by the wallet that entered. Committed sponsor funds return to the separately accounted sponsor balance. Rollover assigned to the cancelled round remains protected for a future round. Network fees are not refundable.

## 7. Fair play and enforcement

Bots, input automation, modified clients, API manipulation, replay submissions, collusion, multi-wallet evasion, denial-of-service activity and attempts to exploit the game, verifier or vault are prohibited. ARCIRCUIT may reject scores, rate-limit requests, pause new entries or investigate suspected abuse. On-chain balances already allocated by the contract remain governed by the contract.

## 8. Blockchain and service risks

Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, explorers, hosting services and the Arc network may fail, be delayed, change, fork or become unavailable. Transactions may be irreversible. Contract code may contain defects despite testing. USDC may lose value, be frozen or change its technical or legal treatment. You use the service and sign transactions at your own risk and should not enter more than you can afford to lose.

ARCIRCUIT is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, profit, investment return or future token value. Ranked entry does not provide equity, ownership, governance, revenue share or a claim against the operator beyond the explicit on-chain contract rights.

## 9. Public records and privacy

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, entries, accepted terms commitments, funding, settlement, claims and refunds may be public and permanently copied. Off-chain gameplay and security data are processed as described in the Privacy Notice. Blockchain records cannot be edited or erased by ARCIRCUIT.

## 10. Independent project and changes

ARCIRCUIT is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Arc or Circle. Network and asset names identify technical integrations only.

Material changes to these terms will use a new version and terms hash. A wallet may be required to accept the new hash before a later ranked entry. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
